Simple Berry Smoothie

I have a protein smoothie every morning, just because it’s the easiest thing to eat on the run and when I’m short of time, and it’s delicious. 

I keep everything the same just sometimes change whether I use coconut milk, soy milk or water, and the fruit I use all depends on what I available.

Ingredients:

1 banana, frozen

1 cup frozen berries

2 tbsp flaxseed, ground

½ cup greek yogurt

½ cup milk of choice

⅓ cup quick oats

½ cup spinach

½ cup kale

½ avocado

Blend it all together!
