Protein Packed Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 banana, mashed

½ cup quick oats, blended

½ cup greek yogurt

2 eggs

2 tsp baking soda

pinch of cinnamon

pinch of salt

2 tbsp ground flax seed


Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and bake on stove like normal pancakes.

  2. Top with some maple syrup, butter, almond butter, chocolate chips or berries!
